From there, Kinra shaped a full social value strategy tailored to G&H’s operations, client base and regional priorities. Support has included managing key stakeholder relationships, strengthening how the business communicates its impact, and developing clear, credible content for bids and project reporting. Kinra now works alongside G&H on an ongoing basis, ensuring every tender includes a strong, competitive social value offer and that the company consistently demonstrates meaningful outcomes across its projects.
